Potato, Leek & Andouille Sausage

Potatoes, leeks, andouille sausage, red onions & spices simmered in chicken broth with heavy cream topped with cheddar cheese.

Mississippi Crab Fries

Our own freshly sliced potatoes topped with andouille sausage, crabmeat, rich brown gravy, Monterey Jack & cheddar cheeses, then baked.

Salads

Cajun Salad

Blackened filet tips, grilled shrimp & tasso ham, over salad greens & seasonal vegetables topped with croutons, sliced provolone, toasted almonds & parmesan with chipotle-ranch dressing.

Entree’s

Southern Fried Tilapia

Corn meal & pecan crusted tilapia filet topped with Creole hollandaise & sautéed crawfish tails served with mashed sweet potatoes & prosciutto wrapped asparagus.

Filet Mignon

A grilled 8 oz. filet, wrapped in bacon topped with crab imperial , béarnaise served with cheddar mashed potatoes & julienne tarragon vegetables.

Crispy Chicken & Gravy

Cheese cracker & tortilla crusted chicken breast sautéed in butter & topped with a lemon chicken gravy served with creamy parmesan risotto & buttered broccoli with roasted
red peppers.

Desserts

Wild Berry Bread Pudding

Traditional home made bread pudding with raspberries, blackberries & blueberries topped with a Swiss chocolate & Jack Daniels whiskey sauce.
