Potato, Leek & Andouille Sausage

Potatoes, leeks, andouille sausage, red onions & spices simmered in chicken broth with heavy cream topped with cheddar cheese.


Mississippi Crab Fries

Our own freshly sliced potatoes topped with andouille sausage, crabmeat, rich brown gravy, Monterey Jack & cheddar cheeses, then baked.


Cajun Salad

Blackened filet tips, grilled shrimp & tasso ham, over salad greens & seasonal vegetables topped with croutons, sliced provolone, toasted almonds & parmesan with chipotle-ranch dressing.


Southern Fried Tilapia

Corn meal & pecan crusted tilapia filet topped with Creole hollandaise & sautéed crawfish tails served with mashed sweet potatoes & prosciutto wrapped asparagus.

Filet Mignon

A grilled 8 oz. filet, wrapped in bacon topped with crab imperial , béarnaise served with cheddar mashed potatoes & julienne tarragon vegetables.
